General Technologies
Granulation
Raw materials are placed into the container of the high shear mixer and are fed by a system of a horizontal impeller and
a vertical set of screws. As powdery ingredients are mixed inside the container, a binder-liquid is added into the powder
mixture. Granules are formed, dried in a tray-oven, milled into the desired particle size distribution. This process produces
uniform, free flowing granules.
This process always leads to have granules with 1.5-3 times denser than the starting materials. This allows the production
of raw materials that normally could not be made into a tablet. This can be the difference between going to market with a
product or not going to market.
This process improves the flow characteristics of raw materials, resulting in better dispersion of the nutrients in the
tablet or capsule. This is extremely important, because uniform dispersion of nutrients enhances nutrient bio availability.
This ability to alter flow characteristics makes the Nutridrx' product successful in the market.
Tableting
Nutridrx can develop tablet nearly any size or any shape of tablet. We have experts over 10 years experience to help
you manufacture your solid dose nutritional supplements.
Our customers have the ability to use their imaginations in the tablet development area and Nutridrx will work with them
to develop tablets which allow them to better position their unique products in the market place.
Coating
Delayed release coatings are a convenient and effective way to improve consumer appeal for dietary supplement products
by reducing unpleasant flavors and odors, enhancing the stability of natural ingredients in the gastrointestinal tract, and
improving product performance.
Nutrateric is an aqueous enteric coating system designed specifically to meet the regulatory requirements for dietary
supplement products marketed in the United States. Tablets can now be easily coated using specialized processing equipment.
The coating ensures both reliable and reproducible enteric protection.
We have extensive experience to work with any type(s) of commercially available coating systems.

Specialty Delivery Technologies
The founders of Nutridrx acquired more than 15 years of experience in oral drug delivery technologies and analysis. Nutridrx
is capable to develop various types of phytochemical delivery such as hydrogel, osmotic pump, fast-disintegration, extended
released tablets.
Nutridrx has three types of products: general supplements for good health, specialty delivery supplements and new drug
product (IND/NDA).
General supplements for good health
We offer supplements made under U.S. current good manufacturing production (cGMP) conditions. We are particularly interested
to ensure the safety and potency of its products. We inspected the manufacturing site and all ingredients based on cGMP regulations.
We collect samples randomly from each batch and send to a third party to test the heavy metal content, potency and performance.
We currently have four products Stevia, Resveratrol, reishi and omega 3.
Specialty delivery supplements
We are developing two supplements using our unique fast-absorption and time-released technologies. The two new supplements
will be available for sale in the near future.
New drug products (IND/NDA)
We are also currently entering to an agreement to co-develop two new drug products from plant extracts using its unique
drug delivery technique.
